My gym sandbags overhang a lot (many other members of the gym agree) so im not sure if my mindset when it comes difficulty on overhang is super accurate, but this does not look like a V10 AT ALL. Most of the climb is around V7 (in my opinion) because of the good holds, the ending looks a bit difficult do I would completely understand if you say its around V8. Also, I may be wrong because i’m pretty new to climbing (been climbing for 5 months now, V8 climber) so I just want to say that.

I really wish Shawn Rabatou would put on makeup or a disguise and then send an indoor replica of an outdoor V16-17 so we could see all the UA-cam grade warriors say “V6 in my gym lmao noob” “you call those crimps? 😂 those r jugs bro” Would honestly be an amazing experiment since it’s so hard to judge indoor climbs in videos. I know my limit because I’ve been to 30 or 40 gyms across the US, Europe, and Asia, have climbed on boards and outside, but the indoor climbs at my limit that I’ve recorded just look much easier on camera even though I’m confident of their grades due to having so many points of comparison. like if I show someone an indoor V7 overhang from a depthless angle and outdoor V4 where you can see the overhang they’re more impressed by the outdoor one until I explain why the indoor V7 was so much harder 🤷🏼‍♂️ just something I’ve noticed

I climb in the Netherlands and this route is not even close to a v5 i would say v4 at max

if you replace the red slopers with tiny crimps and the volumes with more tiny crimps I could see V10

Dunno if its a V10, but all these couch climbers cannot make an accurate judgement. I would have guessed V8, but if the holds are a bit worse and the wall more overhung it might as well be V10. The dude looks strong and probably is cabable of coimbing V10.

Nice send! Personally not a fan with a route finishing on the top edge. Gives a chance for a leap of faith everytime instead of being in control. To me it seems like really lazy or simply unprofessional routesetting.

Those volumes are legit jugs. Based on how black the top foot is, I can tell it’s a very easy climb if people in your gym are running laps on it
